I remember, do you? Yes I’m referring to the Kate Spade backpack that was seen on nearly every girl’s back, and found nearly every where you turned. It was small, but that bag sure was mighty. It had its very own way of sticking around on the top trends list, just before hobo style and large tote bags stole its thunder.

I’ll never forget my first Kate Spade backpack. I spent hard-earned graduation money on that bad boy and I never let it out of my site. Through most of my college days I held onto it, even as it began to blend in with the back of my closet. Eventually I gave mine to a new home through consigning, so long live that trusty bag.
