If you’re just following along for this Blog + Chill series, you’ve only missed one post so far. You can get caught up HERE on three things that inspire me to create. Today I’m headed to the kitchen to share three of my favorite recipes that work for our small family. I’m also sharing one of my favorite tops, that’s perfect for date night. It goes with your best denim, or tucked in a cute skirt, or pair of pants. It’s a great cut and silhouette, and I actually enjoyed letting loose in the kitchen in it. So here’s to cookin’ up a little style for our second blog + chill post.
1. THE CROCKPOT WINNER
I found this yummy recipe from Chelsea’s Messy Apron. Her creamy enchillada chili makes plenty of servings for me and the hubs, and anything with a Mexican spin sits well with me. Chelsea makes cooking this recipe super simple, so let’s get started!
2. PIZZA WITH A TWIST
Jar of Lemons shares some of my FAVORITE recipes for the busy girls out there. This spinach and mushroom naan pizza is to die for. I strongly recommend making your own pizza at home for date night. Not only is it fun, it’s tasty too!
3. Italian Me Up
Christine at Wry Toast has the most delicious recipe for skillet chicken parmesan. I absolutely have to share this one with you all, because it’s that good. Thank you Christine for teaching me your ways. My husband does too!
