Secret #1: The Summer dress is the best and easiest way to achieve an effortless and chic summer look. Secret #2: When it’s hot as you know what in the concrete jungle (NYC) or down south (back home in KY) the best tip for staying cool is to wear a breezy and beautiful dress, DUH! For the longest time, dresses were just not my thing. I’ve always been a shorts girl, until I moved to the Big Apple.
