Since we’re now on the third day of October, I am feeling quite “fall-icious.” Yes I definitely just created a word… but fall is my fave, and boot season is just one of the many reasons why.
Boots are my go-to fall staple. They wear casually, easily, and comfortably. Fall in Kentucky is simply that; it’s simple and easy and absolutely beautiful. Boots may be the norm around here, but you don’t have to be in the South to kick your boots up. Although, I do recommend you witness a Kentucky fall, and it’s crucial that you pack your boots guys and gals.
We all know I love – aka obsess – over boots. Tall, short, textured, studded, black, brown… I want them ALL. So here is a little help from yours truly.

I couldn’t end this post without a little shout out to one of my readers. “These boots are made for walkin’, and that’s just what they’ll do…” That’s for you Dad. (He always, always sings Jessica Simpson’s infamous boot song every time I wear my boots, and boy can he sing just like her.)
