For ONLY $17 I’ve found the cutest lace up, bell sleeve blouse ever! Not only is this jewel tone look comfortable, it can be styled for casual or evening affairs. I know I personally love jewel tones, especially navy. My wardrobe would not be complete without a few basic navy blouses like this one. If you were daring enough, you could even style this blouse with all black accessories. I know the navy and black fashion faux pas is a few decades old, but I still find people who live by it. I for one do not. Navy and any color pairs perfectly together. Let’s give it up for affordable fashion y’all!
