My FIRST New York Fashion Week experience was nothing short of magical. It was such a pleasure to be able to attend the spring ’14 J Mendel show yesterday. After meeting the Mr. Mendel on Tuesday, I was thrilled to be on his list of guests at the Lincoln Center. This experience is one I will remember for all of my days.

It was also extra special because I was able to showcase more Lia Sophia accessories. I wore three Lia Sophia pieces: the statement necklace (black), a sparkly cocktail ring, and two silver bracelets. I paired these fun accessories with an inexpensive tulip dress and my trusty Nine West heels. (Since everyone is having a black and white moment right now, I figured I would too.)

Most of the pieces that came down the runway I was able to preview in the showroom on Tuesday. It was insane to see the actual garments on models, walking down the long white runway. As Mr. Mendel is known for high end furs, evening gowns, and detailed ensembles, his show did not disappoint. Also, below I’m showing what I wore to the show, a few Iphone pics from the day, and my favorite looks from Mr. Mendel.
