SHOP MY OUTFIT: ROMPER | EARRINGS | SANDALS
This weekend Evan and I had our first wedding shower, hosted at Keystone Farm in Bowling Green, KY. This party was dedicated to our new lawn and garden at our new house in Nashville, so we were thrilled to get a few goodies to get our yard looking gorgeous this summer. Not to mention, we were excited to spend time with a close circle of family friends that have known us since we were babies. It was a great time and I am beyond thankful to the wonderful hosts who put together the most adorable party ever.
Our sis-in-law Lindsay picked out the cutest sunflower bouquets for our centerpieces. Sunflowers are an obvious favorite of mine, I have loved them since I was a little girl. They instantly make me happy, and the gingham ribbons, horseshoes and table accents were perfectly fitting.
I HAD to share this pie, because of the obvious! The Kentucky accent in this derby pie is simply adorable. If I was talented enough to even attempt this, I would give it a go. For whoever made this pie, well done sister, well done.
Most of you are well aware of the surgery I had a week ago. Unfortunately, I am just now getting my bandages off today, so I was all wrapped up for the shower. It makes for a good story, just not a good accessory. Evan has told everyone, I injured myself punching his “rock hard abs” so we will go with that for a good laugh!

I will be visiting the surgeon today and hope for a good report. Planning on shooting a few looks this week without my cast, so let’s hope all goes to plan.
