A Little Beauty & Fashion Mashup

For My Fashion Week Events No. 2 & 3

The first Friday of Fashion Week was spent pampering myself and enjoying a spectacular William Opko show.

Part 1 of Day 2: Considering that I live 10 blocks south of Fashion Week headquarters, I took to the streets to see all of the outfits and photogs outside of Lincoln Center. Then, I ventured (3 more blocks) to Century 21 and enjoyed a nail art mani and a makeup touch-up by the lovely ladies of Caravan Stylist Studio. They invited editors and bloggers to a small in-store pop up for a little glitz and glam.

Part 2 of Day 2: I was then off to see a very different but inspired show by the sisters of William Okpo held at the Old School Gym. It was bright, bold, and brilliant with inspiration. The hair… OMG you have to see! I called my look for this show,”Fierce Friday” because it was 1/2 sexy and 1/2 chic. I was accompanied by some great gals and bloggers, who all attended a little NOHO Star dinner and drinks afterwards. Be sure to watch my short-clip video of the show’s finale below!!

Part 3 of Day 2: Pony Bar with pals and hitting the sack! I had to get some beauty sleep, knowing that Saturday (coming tomorrow to LexWhatWear) was a huge day…
