This is quite possibly the cutest open shoulder top I’ve seen for just $11! An affordable price point is always helpful, but when a top is this cute, it’s a no brainer. I love a good open shoulder, especially as we go into the spring season. You can easily wear this tunic over leggings and paired with slides, or cropped denim and ankle boots. Today, true to me, I’ve kept it casual with jeans and metallic sneakers. Never doubt a could shoulder top, or one that’s UNDER $20. It may just be the perfect piece you’ve been looking for.
