In honor of the “ManhattanHenge” we took to the streets this weekend to catch a quick glimpse at the season’s most memorable sunset. Unfortunately a large cloud came in the picture, prohibiting our view of the magical moment. So regardless of the lack of sunset pics, we captured one of my favorite summer outfits and my new JORD watch that I seriously can’t get enough of.

For those of you who have been reading LWW for a while now, you know I am not a girl who “stacks her bracelets” often. Because of my work life, I need little fuss, and no hassle when it comes to jewelry. So when I picked this watch, I picked the Fieldcrest Maple because I knew it not only looked lighter (light wood grain) but would fit and feel lighter for everyday wear. This specific style is a classic midsize with a monochromatic wood face. I love the coloring of this style and the subtle hints of silver and white. This timepiece will definitely be incorporated to many, many more LWW looks, especially this summer!
