When Life Hands You A Sweater

You make the loveliest and most comfortable outfit there is!

Stocking up on warm sweaters for the season has never been easier. Options are endless, no matter the style you’re shopping for. The trend has well by-passed your traditional Gap or Banana Republic. I like to say, “the sweater has gone viral.” These days, you can find a sweater of your preference nearly anywhere and at any price point!

I know for a fact that sweaters will be the hit of my wardrobe from now until February. They are incredibly simple to style and easy to  wear all day long. I like to consider my sweaters a “basic” for fall and winter. I’m not a big fan of embellished sweaters, or the 1980’s teacher sweater. I like to keep my knits clean and crisp so that I can layer and accessorize without looking too busy or bulky.

My tip for shopping and styling the common sweater is to fit your frame. Please don’t try to style a sweater that is too tight or way too big. Find a happy medium, and dress accordingly. Enjoy!
