It’s no lie, interviewing for a new job can be an intimidating process. Just the simple thought of job searching can create panic. Change is and will always be a part of life, but change in the work world can be a lot harder to accept and overcome.

I firmly believe that STEP 1 in tackling a career move is feeling good in your own skin. Believing in yourself is key no matter what you face or do in life. Feeling beautiful and confident is the first step to taking on job hunting, interviewing and landing your next big job.

Before I get into STEP 2 (I’ll share at another time) I think it’s important to discuss job interview style. How you present yourself is ultimately how you feel about yourself. You also want to dress in a way that professionally represents your personality and style. Prepare a few looks that not only suit your comfort but your style, and will best showcase who you are. When it’s all said and done, the impression you give with your experience, skills, resume and style will lead you to the right job.
