I’ve found the ULTIMATE $15 top y’all, and here it is. This tie waist top is what summer dreams are made of. It’s cute, casual, comfortable and totally cool for the season. I haven’t tried many tie waist tops, but this one is giving me all of the feelings. It fits just right, and feels like it will go with nearly anything in my closet. Today, I’m swinging by Germantown and rocking this blouse for the entire day. I may like it so much, I won’t take it off. Stay tuned, because I will bee seen in this again very soon.
