Wrap Up!

What I’m Wearing: Banana Republic Coat, Target Blouse, Gap Denim.

What to wear when the weather drops is all the talk. How does one dress and stay warm you ask? Looking good when it’s freezing out is actually achievable if you know how to layer your seasonal faves.

For those chilly days ahead,  thank goodness we have options. I am definitely not a cold-weather fan, but this season’s array of chic knits, prints, and playful patterns have me thinking happy thoughts. Yes ladies, we now have several ways to make a wintery fashion statement. So do yourself a favor and through out those old bulky numbers and bring on the new styles including a women’s winter coat; which I must mention, has carved it’s very own niche in the fashion world. Whether you prefer double breasted, fur, faux fur, maxi-length, or trench style, they are all classified as trendy winter wear.

I absolutely love this 2 year old Banana Republic jacket because it wears better and better with age. It’s unbelievable warm, easy to layer, comfortable for all occasions, and decorated in a print I am obsessed with. Not to mention, it’s a classic fit that flatters most all body types, hugging in all the right places. Coats similar to the one I’m wearing have been liked by women across the board in different generations and age groups.

So here are a few options I have picked out for any age group: Faux Fur, DKNY, Ralph Lauren Double Breasted, Guess Parker Jacket, Free People Casual, Oasis Shaggy Jacket.

Reminder: Don’t let the chill get you down this season. Women’s winter wear this year is all about representing the glam and style. Now stay warm y’all!
