Bright and bold neons bounced back from the 80’s last spring/summer and they’re back again this season. Same goes for its competition… the Pastels. These cute pastels are also making an impact on the fashion world with their sweeter than ever colors and prints. So who’s doing it better?

Are you team #NEON or team #PASTEL? If there was a team #NEOPAST I would classify as that. I’ve never been able to decide between neons or pastels (equally cool in my book)! So for week 3 of the North vs. South challenge I decided to be a bandwagon neon gal.
