First let me apologize for being MIA on here for some time. As I’ve mentioned before, life can definitely get in the way, and family always comes first. We had a rocky end of 2019 due to a medical emergency / accident for Evan. Things are fine, he is fine, but it was all-consuming and needed my full attention. I was still trying to be present on Instagram, but I came up short when it came to blogging. Then with Christmas, and the holidays with family, it was just a lot. Needless to say, I’m sure glad 2020 is here, and my sweet family is looking forward to another fresh start.

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed that I’ve been living in a beanie. During these hectic last few weeks, a beanie makes sense. So I’ve nicknamed this season of life “beanie season”. If beanies aren’t your thing, don’t worry. I will switch up the look soon, when I find time to actually fix my hair. For now beanies all day every day, because simply, it’s easy

I’m a big fan of beanies with a cute pom pom on top. You can see at Customized Wear the kind of beanies I like. But there are so many styles out there, if you don’t dig that style. I like to find most of my beanie hats at Target and Urban Outfitters. Some of my favorites are linked below.

So here’s to a brand new season of life in 2020, and to beanie season! Beanie season, you’ve saved me an extra 15 minutes every day for the last few weeks, and that’s a big plus in my book!
