Never has a black fringe sweatshirt sounded so good. This $12 find is worth every cent, plus some. I recently styled this oversized style with a pair of ripped jeans, flats, and a cool handbag for a casual evening out. Today I’m stepping up my game with the coolest pair of leggings of all time.
