Roses Are Red,

And Lace Is Always Pretty.

You guessed it; today’s look is inspired by the beauty of a red rose and the classic elegance of a little lace. Thanks to my boyfriend for the gorgeous flower arrangement, my indoor photo shoot was much more special than many before. To keep things extra special, this outfit combines a few of my most favorite things: the color black, a red lip, a statement necklace, lace, and a fabulous heel. I’m feeling a bit glamourous in these detailed pants by French Connection. When paired with my BCBG birthday heels, the accent color of the lace comes to play. I’ve added a touch of sparkle with a fun earring and necklace, and kept the top basic with a black button-up-blouse. I’d easily wear this feminine ensemble out for drinks or for a special date.
