The remainder of 2020 will be about organization and preparing for a new year, and a fresh start in 2021. As much as we all are ready to put this crazy year behind us, I’m trying to remain present and focused for the remaining two months. I want to be intentional with my efforts, and make sure I prepare for the new year as much as possible. That being said, it’s time to GET ORGANIZED.
I am kicking off this series with the Laundry Room, because it’s one room I dislike the most in our house. It’s such a tight space in our current house, and hard to keep tidy and organized to find what I need. Considering that I work from home right now, I have no excuse to be behind on laundry. I need to create a calm and simple space, that isn’t too cluttered, and provides the products and accessories I need to keep our laundry process efficient.
This is where I lean on The Container Store. I can’t get enough of this place. I step one foot in that store and I’m dreaming up a totally new way to organize every square foot of my home. To keep the organization organized (say that 10x fast), I am going to be doing things room x room. If successful, I’ll show you before and afters, but let’s keep this a judgement free zone.
