Every girl should have a little black dress AND a little black maxi dress. Why not? A black maxi dress is perfect for a handful of occasions, can be styled and endless number of ways, and it allows you to get the most bang for your buck!
I had been eyeing this Nordstrom scarf for a few weeks before finally taking the plunge. I did a BIG scarf binge before our move, and I knew I needed to replace a few of the oldies with some newbies. This Kentucky-colored gem was perfect for both my work and weekend wardrobe, so I went for it.
I threw my hair up in this messy side braid to stray away from my normal look. It’s fun to change things up every now and then. This braid is super easy, and allows for my longer than usual bangs to be out of my face. If you look closely, you can see my go-to dainty ear climbers that I wear almost daily. They are so light and airy, yet give a little bling where bling is due.
