Floral season is upon us and I’m more than ready y’all! It’s about time if you ask me, but I’m prepping for the new season with a few of my spring-like basics: slim cropped pants, layers, and bright colors.

The floral trend is on the top of my must-blog-about list! Why? Because it is one of the most versatile trends around. You can style your florals for most any season and keep the look current. I even just styled and bought my mom a floral blazer. My point here is that florals are age appropriate for all women and all shapes and sizes.

My tip is to buy affordable florals that fit your body type. Don’t splurge on a neon-floral dress that you can’t style for winter. Go for a pretty and feminine floral that you can throw a jacket over or wear with your favorite shorts. Be smart with your floral purchases is all I’m sayin’ and get a piece that you can easily transition from spring to summer and summer to fall!
