Wednesday Faves Under $150
It’s HUMPDAY and that means two things:
1. We’re half way through the work week and
2. It’s time for my weekly favorites. Today’s finds are all UNDER $150 and totally worth the purchase.
This time of year I’m typically stocked up on the basics and essentials, but I need to add a few statement making pieces. I seem to think I’m pretty good at spotting cool items at an affordable price. In today’s world the must have items will run you a pretty penny, almost every time. Not in my shopping world girls. I make it a habit to find new, and trendy styles without breaking the bank. If you specialize in bargain hunting too, this is definitely a post for you.
About 75% of my current wardrobe consists of affordable fashion. A lot of my tops are under $25. I tend to invest more into long term pieces like denim, handbags and shoes. Trendy items aren’t always going to be around, so I suggest spending less to look “cool”. Below you’ll find a roundup of 7 favorites, plus more as you scroll. Have fun shopping, while not spending all of your paycheck!

April Vacation Picks
In just a couple of weeks, Evan and I will be off to California for a little stop in San Francisco and Sonoma. Wine country is one of my favorite places to visit, because of course I love wine. I also love the city of San Fran and being a complete tourist. The countryside of Sonoma is so gorgeous, full of adventure, and uber stylish. I’ve been planning my wardrobe since February for this trip. So I thought why not share my game plan for outfits and accessories, for our upcoming trip out west. Everything on my style board is UNDER $150 and I’ve found several cute carry on items below.

The Spring Wardrobe
Every season deserves it’s own wardrobe. That doesn’t mean you need 4 separate closets. It also doesn’t mean that you can’t transition items from one season to the next. It simply means that you should dedicate outfits to the season you feel they belong to. This Spring I am revamping my entire closet.
I have been cleaning MAJOR house over the past few weeks, ridding of anything that hasn’t seen the light of day in years. I also have created new rules for myself when it comes to shopping. A little at a time goes a long way ladies. Stock up on the basics, and save for the statement pieces. As a whole, your wardrobe should be a collective sense of who you are.
My closet must speak to my 8-5 job and my personal life. There are pieces that work for both and then there’s the rest. A good wardrobe can take a lot of careful planning and consideration, time, and lots of dollar signs. You must be able to trust your gut, and be sensible and confident in your wardrobe choices. That’s the key to dressing successfully. So here’s my ideal Spring wardrobe (or part of it), plus some. Enjoy and click to shop!
