Everyone needs a black-n-white dress in their closets. This ruffle him dress is so comfortable and easy-going, it’s perfect for any casual or semi-dressy occasion. Today I’m styling a drop earring and a pair of printed booties to spice things up a little bit. You could also add a statement necklace, a belt, or wear this dress with flats or over the knee boots. You can even pair tights or knee highs with this look in the winter. Your options are almost endless when it comes to a classic black-n-white dress like this one. And that’s when you know you made a good purchase!
I rarely meet a plaid top that I don’t have to have. This classic, button up has me absolutely falling for plaid this season, and I see no end in sight. For starters, it’s uber-comfortable. Second, I got it on major sale. Third, it goes with just about anything for fall.
Today I paired my plaid top with a ruffle, detailed skirt and my studded, ankle boots. This look is ideal for any evening out or weekend event this season. You can try pairing your plaid tops with jeans, leggings, or a midi skirt for a completely different look. There’s much more versatility to a plaid piece that most would never recognize.
Cheers to the season of all plaid everything!
I literally can’t believe sweater season is almost here. Where has the summer gone? I’m one that loves everything about fall, but I must admit, the end of summer has me feeling a bit gloomy. To kick the fall season off, I’m styling this gorgeous, tribal pattern sweater. It’s casual and light weight, and perfect for styling now and later into the season. It’s any easy purchase, because it’s ONLY $20. It will pair perfect with jeans and boots, or as seen here. Inevitably, I must accept the end of the summer season, and welcome fall with open arms and an open wallet. Here’s to a few, new items I just can’t “live without”.
Stripes of any kind are always a good idea, especially colorful stripes. They just seem to always make me and everyone else a little bit happier. For fall, I’m planning to take some of my favorite summer pieces and create new ways to wear them. Some pieces like these white jeans, and this striped off the shoulder top, are easily transitioned into the new season. You can pair this top with any color denim, a denim skirt, or layer a jacket over it. White jeans can in fact be worn after Labor Day. Style them into winter if you please, because there’s nothing wrong with it. If you have plans this weekend, be sure to pack a look like this one. Get the most out of your summer pieces, and love them well into autumn, too.
