For $17, sign me up for this off the shoulder top in every single color. I’ve got an addiction to an all-black wardrobe and simple silhouettes, so there’s no surprise at how much I love this look. The embroidery trend is so NOW, and I’m riding this style train to the very end. I love the bright pink details on the sleeves, as well as the little envelope clutch that goes with everything. This Waremaker’s find is one of my favorite spring / summer accessories. Swing by the Waremakers site for so many amazing accessory finds.
One of my favorite rules of fashion is to not follow the rules at all. Take something and make it your own, always. Style is meant to be based on your own taste, preference and comfort. Today I’m styling a gorgeous, bell sleeve piece that’s only $17. It’s supposed to be worn with bows tied at the shoulders, but here I am not following the rules.
I’m pretty certain I like this blouse even more now, how I decided to wear it. Of course if you wanted bows, give yourself bows. For me it’s about highlighting my good parts, and camouflaging my not so good parts. This perfect pastel combo gives me all the feels, as it highlights my best features. I love an open shouldered top, and a blousy-fit. I often disguise my upper half way too much. When you have super long legs, you naturally feature them more.
Regardless of your body shape, make a wardrobe based on your personal style, and never settle for less. I personally appreciate affordable finds with good quality products, and a fit that’s relaxed and comfortable. I know what I like to wear, and there’s nothing more important than following your own set of rules. PS – find more of my favorite mules for spring and summer below.

There’s nothing easier to style than a cute, little shift dress. This affordable find is perfect for spring and summer. A look like this can easily work for your 9-5 job, or a night out on the town. I dressed things up with this super cool necklace, and my strappy, black heels. I could also throw on a pair of black flats and a denim jacket to make this work appropriate. You can pair your favorite shift dress with a blazer, a vest, or wear it as is. Regardless of how you style it, it’s a winning piece for the season. I just LOVE when I find a dress that I can get a lot of wear out of. I’ve linked my favorite shift dresses available right now, below. They are super affordable too!
