I seem to be constantly on the hunt for NEW HOME FINDS, only because I am obsessed with the idea of redecorating. There is something so enjoyable about styling a space, and finding new decor to fit your aesthetic. I’m a firm believer that Target always has the items I’m looking for, especially when it comes to common spaces. So without blabbering on about my desire to redecorate every room in our house, I will just show you some new home finds that I think would be adorable for fall.
I promised you all that I would share some pictures and inspiration from Mac’s first birthday. This *Farm Themed First Birthday* turned out better than I could have imagined. Although we had to un-invite our entire guest list and dodge thunderstorms all day, it was perfect to Mac, and that’s all that matters.
I sought out some inspiration from Pinterest (see below), and automatically knew I didn’t want to do the typical “farm theme”. We had always planned to host the birthday party at the family farm, so a farm theme seemed fitting. I just wanted to be very intentional with how it was decorated and coordinated, so that I didn’t have a cliche farm experience.
The classic, old school farm theme I used turned out so cute and subtle. I thought it was the perfect combination of a few of my favorite things. I wish more than anything we could have had guests there to see it in person, but pictures and a quick video did the trick.
If you’re envisioning a certain idea or theme for your own party or your child’s party, stick to Pinterest. I guarantee they can find something close to what you are looking for. I hope you all enjoy Mac’s Farm Themed First Birthday Party!

Every year, my Nsale content has become less and less, but I still want to make sure I share my top picks for the sale with you guys. I stopped by Nordstrom on Sunday and picked up a few things for me and Mac. The sale is definitely harder to shop this year, due to COVID, but it’s still a great sale. So without further ado, here are my picks for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020!
We’re back from a little family vacation, and I’m desperately trying to get in the swing of things. To start, I thought I’d share two SHEIN vacation looks that were an absolute hit on my Instagram page.
We initially planned to be at Disney World and the beach for vacation, but due to Coronavirus, we ended up in Columbus, OH visiting my brother and his family at their home. It was just as wonderful, being with our sweet nephews and my mom.
I still packed all of our beach vacation clothes, because why not? We dressed Mac in all of his summer and tropical outfits, too. These two SHEIN looks are perfect for summer, and I could live in either of these outfits. This black romper will for sure be on repeat, and how could you not love a flowy, maxi dress?
Hang with me as we adjust to real-life again after several days OOO. Cheers, and happy Monday friends!
