It’s the staple of the season! The maxi dress is having a major moment this summer and gals like myself couldn’t be more excited. It’s easy to wear, casual and chic, cost friendly, and it’s perfect for an evening out. These flowing-maxi dresses are super-feminine and provide a flattering silhouette no matter your shape or size. You want to focus on purchasing a maxi that fits your frame and flatters your figure. You’ll want to consider style, print, color, etc. when maxi dress shopping. Ask yourself what are 3 items you already have in your closet that you can style with your maxi. I pulled out 3 pieces to style with my simple black maxi, and I added a long scarf, a bold earring, and a color-block bag. For evening, I would consider a motto-vest, an embellished shoe and a cool statement necklace.
