What I’m Wearing: Target Blazer, Lia Sophia Necklace & Earrings, Forever 21 Dress, Discover Pique Tights, DSW Booties.

For the past few weeks I’ve been busy helping my gorgeous boss plan her insanely-fabulous 30th birthday party. P.S. – She might be the most accomplished and driven individual that I know. The BIG night was last night and it was everything I could have imagined and more… simply PERFECT.

Being able to work and attend such a fun affair I was not only worried/anxious about decorations, vendor arrivals, and over 300 balloons, but I was worried about what the heck I was going to wear to my first NYC party. My gut instinct – ALL BLACK.

Considering Satya is known for her all-black wardrobe, I figured she would appreciate my NYC state of mind. Plus, I had to add in two new closet faves… one is a pop of color and one is a pop of print! Thanks to my Lia Sophia gal Connie Trudeau, I topped the dress off with a bright blue and green Lia Sophia Collection necklace. Gorgeous right? On the bottom half I decided to wear my brand new Discover Pique tights. They are super fun with a little side of flirty!

With a lot of hard work, an abundance of glitter and crafts, and many all-black ensembles, the evening was a huge success for a much deserving lady! Happy 30th to my friend and boss.
